Effective October 2026 ยท Governing law: England & Wales
Important notice: Please examine these Terms and Conditions thoroughly prior to submitting instructions or authorizing transactions with Concierge Centre LTD. Requesting services, accepting quotes, or remitting funds constitutes full legal acceptance of this Agreement.
This Agreement governs the provision of lifestyle management, travel facilitation, and concierge booking services by Concierge Centre LTD ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a private limited company registered under the laws of England and Wales, to the Client ("you" or "your").

02Authority & Client Obligations
By engaging our Services, you expressly warrant and represent that:
You are at least 18 years of age and possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contractual obligations.
All information, passenger names, and travel credentials supplied to us are accurate, complete, and verified.
Where acting on behalf of third parties or group travelers, you hold express authorization to disclose their data and make binding travel selections on their behalf.
Instruction Authority: Concierge Centre LTD acts strictly upon your explicit instruction regarding modifications, additions, or cancellations, except where carrier actions dictate immediate adjustments (per Section 8.4).
03Status as Independent Intermediary
Concierge Centre LTD acts exclusively as an intermediary booking agent and advisory service between Clients and independent Suppliers. We do not own, lease, control, or operate any aircraft, maritime vessels, motor vehicles, hotels, or commercial venues. Upon ticket or booking confirmation, your primary contract for transport, lodging, or event delivery is executed directly with the respective Supplier and remains subject to that Supplier's standard terms, tariffs, and carriage conditions.
04Quotations & Booking Authorization
4.1 Quote Validity
Prices and availability quoted by Concierge Centre LTD are derived from live market feeds and remain non-binding estimates. Quotes expire three (3) hours from transmission unless specified otherwise in writing.
4.2 Binding Confirmation
A booking is finalized only once (a) cleared funds are received in full by Concierge Centre LTD, and (b) the fulfilling Supplier issues a confirmed ticket, itinerary, or voucher.
4.3 Fare Adjustments
If carrier rates or seat availability fluctuate prior to ticketing, we will notify you immediately. If an updated price is declined and we cannot secure the initial rate within 72 hours, all funds remitted for that unfulfilled segment will be returned in full.
05Loyalty Programs, Miles & Reward Tickets
Where Services involve arrangements facilitated through airline frequent flyer programs, credit card reward currencies, or third-party points, the following rules apply:
Program Autonomy: Loyalty schemes are administered entirely by their respective providers. Issuing carriers maintain absolute discretion over award inventory, redemption conditions, and program rules.
Audit Risk: Reward programs may enforce strict rules regarding third-party processing. Concierge Centre LTD makes no guarantee that a carrier will not audit or challenge a reward issuance.
Assumption of Risk: If a carrier questions a reward booking, voids a ticket, or denies boarding, the Client assumes all financial and operational risks. While Concierge Centre LTD will provide administrative assistance, we bear no liability for program enforcement actions.
Indemnity for Carrier Penalties: If an airline or program operator issues an Agency Debit Memo (ADM), fine, or surcharge to Concierge Centre LTD in connection with a Client-requested reward redemption, the Client agrees to fully reimburse the Company within seven (7) days of notice.
Airport Protocols: In the event of an issue at airport check-in, you must inform Concierge Centre LTD immediately prior to making direct payments to the carrier.
06Multi-Ticket & Split Itineraries
Certain complex flight routes may require issuing multiple independent tickets across separate carriers. Each ticket represents a separate, standalone contract of carriage. A disruption, schedule change, or cancellation on one ticket does not grant rights to cancel or refund connecting sectors on separate tickets. Clients are solely responsible for ensuring adequate connection windows for transit, baggage reclaim, and re-check-in. Concierge Centre LTD accepts no liability for missed connections across separate tickets.
07Rates, Taxes & Payment Terms
7.1 Inclusive Pricing
Quoted prices represent a single consolidated total incorporating Supplier charges and Concierge Centre LTD's Service Fee.
7.2 Payment Methods
Payments may be remitted via bank transfer, major credit/debit cards, or approved digital/cryptocurrency assets. Applicable gateway transaction fees will be disclosed prior to processing.
7.3 Post-Issuance Surcharges
Prices quoted include taxes applicable at the time of booking. Any subsequent increases in government taxes, airport passenger charges, or airline fuel surcharges enacted prior to departure remain the financial responsibility of the Client.
7.4 Digital Asset Transactions
Cryptocurrency payments are locked at the agreed fiat rate at the time of invoice generation. Confirmed blockchain transactions are final and non-reversible.
7.5 Manifest Errors
The Company reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors or system glitches. If a manifest error occurs, the Client may elect to pay the corrected price or receive a complete refund.
08Modifications, Cancellations & Credits
Default rule: unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing prior to payment, all confirmed reservations are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-changeable.
Zero cash refunds. Modifications (if permitted by carrier rules) incur airline penalties, fare differences, and Company handling fees. Remaining funds held as credit.
Governed entirely by the individual Supplier's published cancellation policies. Cash refunds are issued to the Client only if and when recovered from the Supplier, less handling fees.
8.2 Client-Initiated Alterations
All modification requests must be submitted in writing via email or verified WhatsApp. Flight adjustments depend on carrier fare rules and seat availability. The Client is responsible for paying: (a) carrier change fees, (b) fare differentials, and (c) Concierge Centre LTD's administrative alteration fee. Passenger name transfers are prohibited by airlines; non-minor name corrections are treated as full cancellations and new bookings.
8.3 Client-Initiated Cancellations & Deadlines
Category A Services: Payments are non-refundable. If carrier rules permit cancellation, remaining ticket value after deducting airline penalties and our administrative fee will be issued as a credit voucher (Section 8.6).
Cut-Off Deadlines & Processing Windows: Cancellation requests must be received in writing with sufficient lead time for our team to process during standard operating hours. Concierge Centre LTD is not liable if a late request cannot be actioned before an airline's cut-off deadline or check-in closure. If an airline rejects a late cancellation or classifies the passenger as a "No-Show", 100% of the booking value is forfeited.
Category B Services: Refunds are subject strictly to the terms of the fulfilling Supplier and the actual recovery of funds by the Company.
8.4 Carrier Disruptions & Insolvency
Operational Shifts: Airlines reserve the right to alter schedules, substitute aircraft, delay departures, or cancel flights due to weather, operational constraints, or force majeure events. Concierge Centre LTD is not financially liable for carrier schedule changes or cancellations and does not provide out-of-pocket cash payouts.
Carrier Insolvency: Where an airline cancels a ticket due to fleet groundings, operational failure, or carrier bankruptcy/insolvency, the Company is not obligated to refund the Client out-of-pocket. Any refund, credit, or voucher owed to the Client is strictly contingent upon Concierge Centre LTD successfully recovering those funds from the carrier or liquidator.
8.5 Supplier Default
If a Supplier wrongfully fails to honor a confirmed reservation for reasons unrelated to force majeure or Client default, Concierge Centre LTD will, at its option: (a) rebook equivalent alternative arrangements at no extra cost; OR (b) refund the net amount received by the Company for the unfulfilled service segment.
8.6 Credit Voucher Rules
Flight credits issued following cancellations or changes remain valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise in writing. Credits are non-transferable, carry no cash value, and must be redeemed through Concierge Centre LTD for travel with the original operating carrier and passenger(s). Expired credits lapse entirely.
8.7 Refund Execution
Where a cash refund is approved under this Agreement: (a) funds are remitted to the Client within 14 business days of Concierge Centre LTD receiving cleared funds from the Supplier; (b) refunds are issued via the original payment channel; and (c) cryptocurrency refunds are calculated on the original fiat invoice value (GBP/USD) and remitted in the original asset at current market rates, less network fees. Concierge Centre LTD booking fees and card processor surcharges are non-refundable.
09Exclusivity of Communication (Supplier Bypass)
To ensure accurate reservation management, all itinerary alterations, inquiries, and cancellations must be directed through Concierge Centre LTD. If a Client contacts an airline or Supplier directly to modify or cancel a booking arranged by us (excluding standard airport check-in procedures): (a) Concierge Centre LTD is immediately released from all management obligations and performance guarantees; and (b) any financial loss, forfeited credit, or carrier penalties will be borne exclusively by the Client.
10Travel Credentials & Passenger Conduct
Passports & Visas: Clients are strictly responsible for securing valid passports (with required validity buffers), transit visas, entry permits, and health documentation. Advice supplied by Concierge Centre LTD is advisory only and does not constitute formal legal or immigration counsel.
Terminal Deadlines: Passengers must complete online check-in and arrive at the departure terminal with ample time (recommended 2โ3 hours for domestic; 3โ4 hours for international flights). Concierge Centre LTD bears no liability for missed flights or denied entry resulting from documentation defects or late airport arrival.
No-Show Policy: Failure to check in or board a scheduled flight results in the ticket being classified by the airline as a "No-Show", causing total forfeiture of the booking value with zero refund or credit eligibility.
Baggage & Conduct: Concierge Centre LTD accepts no liability for lost, delayed, or damaged luggage, which remains under the exclusive care and conditions of the operating carrier. Furthermore, if boarding is denied due to passenger intoxication, disorderly conduct, or failure of security screenings, the booking will be treated as a zero-refund passenger default.
11Payment Protection & Chargeback Defense
The Client agrees to resolve any billing query or dispute directly with Concierge Centre LTD before filing a chargeback or payment reversal with their bank or credit card issuer. If an unauthorized chargeback is initiated against a non-refundable booking, force majeure event, or passenger default, Concierge Centre LTD reserves the right to:
Immediately cancel any active or future reservations held in the Client's name.
Pursue legal recovery for the full transaction value along with legal fees and administrative costs.
Submit this Agreement, IP logs, and booking confirmations to financial institutions as binding proof of transaction authorization.
12Force Majeure & Limitation of Liability
12.1 Force Majeure
Concierge Centre LTD is not liable for performance failures, delays, or disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, extreme weather, carrier groundings, war, civil unrest, strikes, government border restrictions, public health emergencies, or global aviation system outages.
12.2 Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by English law, the total aggregate liability of Concierge Centre LTD for any claims arising under or related to these Services shall not exceed the net Service Fees received by the Company for that specific booking segment.
12.3 Consequential Loss Exclusion
The Company shall not be liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential losses, including lost accommodation, missed independent connections, business interruption, or emotional distress. Claims must be formally filed within 180 days of service completion.
13Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement and any non-contractual disputes arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
