Contact details: Your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number and preferred contact method.
Travel details: Departure and destination cities, dates, cabin preferences, number of passengers and any notes you share with us.
Booking details: Passenger names as shown on passports, dates of birth, passport or travel document details, loyalty programme numbers and special requirements, where needed to issue tickets.
Payment information: Records of payments made to us. We do not store full card details on this website.
Website usage: Pages visited, device and browser information, and how you reached our site, collected through cookies and analytics tools.
03How We Use Your Information
To respond to enquiries and prepare flight and travel quotations.
To make, manage and change bookings with airlines, hotels, chauffeurs and other suppliers.
To communicate with you about your enquiry or trip by email or WhatsApp.
To meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations.
To improve our website and measure the performance of our advertising.
To send you offers and deals, only if you have opted in to receive them.

Airlines, flight consolidators, hotels, chauffeur companies and other suppliers fulfilling your booking.

06International Transfers
Because we arrange international travel, your details may be sent to suppliers outside the UK, such as airlines based in the Middle East, Asia or the Americas. Where this happens, we transfer only what is needed for your booking, and use appropriate safeguards where required by UK law.
07How Long We Keep Your Data
We keep booking, payment and travel records for six to seven years after your trip, to meet UK tax and legal requirements. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted sooner when no longer needed. Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe.
08Marketing
We send offers, deals and newsletters only to people who have explicitly opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by messaging us. Messages about an active enquiry or booking are not marketing.
